Absconding 68-year-old accused Pyare Miyan involved in sexual exploitation of minor girls in Ratibad has been nabbed by Bhopal police in coordination with Shrinagar police on Wednesday, said SP North SK Thota.
SP Thota said that the Bhopal police took transit remand of the accused Pyaare Miyan and would be brought to the State capital by tomorrow.
Police took stern action after the matter surfaced of the sexual assault, exploitation and molestation of the accused and his luxurious lifestyle which he maintained.
During the investigation, his illegally constructed buildings and marriage halls were razed and several of his properties in different parts of the state and country and in foreign countries was revealed by the SIT formed to investigate the accused.
With the development of investigation new information of illegal acts by the accused have been found.
He used to have parties with his friends in his properties which are yet to be found correct and till date the flats and mansions which have been tracked were witness of his luxury life. At his flats in Bhopal it was found that the minor girls were forced to watch porn and were sexually exploited by accused and his aides during parties.
Police registered a case under sections 376, ,376(2)N, 365(A), 120(B) of the IPC and section 5 and 6 of the POCSO Act after minor girls were found near his flat late in the night on July 11.
It was also found that he had strong influence in contractors of fisheries at dams in the state and used to facilitate contractors for his close
aides.
Earlier on Tuesday SIT was formed to investigate the case and which comprised SP South SK Thota who would lead SIT, Supervision would be done by ASP Rajat Saklecha, Chief Investigating Officer DSP Himani Soni while CSP TT Nagar, SHO TT Nagar, TI Mahila Thana, SHO Ratibad, SHO KOh-e-Fiza and SHO Shymala Hills would be other members of team.
