Piplani police have booked a man for sexually assaulting and exploiting a 33-year-old married woman after recording her obscene video.
The victim lodged a complaint with Piplani police. Police said both the accused is brother-in-law of victim and used to visit house frequently and recorded obscene video and used to blackmail her and sexually exploit her.
The victim in her complaint stated that last year on September1 when she was alone accused came and sexually exploited her and threatened her not to reveal. Later he again sexually assaulted her and took video of the act and started to blackmail her and continued to sexually exploit her.
The accused is cousin of victim’s husband and came to Bhopal two years ago for work. He used live in the same area and would visit to meet victim’s family.
The accused later moved to other city for work but continued to harass the victim and frustrated over the atrocities victim lodged complaint against the accused.
Based on the complaint police have registered a case under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC and have started further investigation
After committing the heinous crime the accused went absconding as in the investigation when the police searched for the accused at his house in Guna it was found that after leaving Bhopal accused never visited Guna. Search for the accused has been intensified said police.
