Police nab accused

Habibganj police has nabbed absconding accused from Chhatarpur, who was involved in  kidnapping a bizman from Kamla Nagar area in 2002. According to police, Aziz Mohammad (32) was nabbed from Chhatarpur after receiving information about the absconding accused who was involved in kidnapping a businessman Shubhankar Nandi from Kamla Nagar.

Aziz started an e-paper Aziz Express and opened a computer center 'Education World'. He also established Maharaja Bhawani Singh Judev English medium school and was operating two Madrasas.Police claimed that the arrest would help in arresting the remaining absconding accused. Aziz's elder Raj Mohammad went missing from police custody and is still absconding and police suspects that Aziz is aware about his elder brother and in the investigation details could be obtained. Apart from the nabbed and absconding one of the accused Subhash Baghel was killed in an encounter in Chhatarpur.  Prakash Singh, Surendra Singh Parihar and Gopal Saini were sentenced life time imprisonment in 2004. 

Singh, Gopal Saini, Raj Mohammad, Kamlesh alias Prince Pandey and Surendra Singh Parihar while Aziz Mohammad, Happy alias Vimlesh, Vivek Singh and Dadu alias Dadu Khan were absconding and out of the four absconding accused Aziz Mohammad was nabbed by Habibganj police.
