The crime branch Bhopal police have raided two places and nabbed three persons involved in selling substandard cement using sacks of renowned companies; sacks of Ultratech and other companies were used to sell cement.
In the raids 535 filled bags of cement and 900 empty bags of cement were seized by the police.
During the raid godown at Malikhedi owned by Lakhan where his employee Amit Bharti was found filling substandard cement in bags of renowned companies.
From godown at Imalia bypass Mamta Dhakad and Pappu Dhakad wer nabbed who were found to be involved in selling substandard cement using bags of big companies.
In both the cases it was found that dust and crushed set cement and machines used for this work were recovered.The arrested persons were booked under Sections 63 and 65 Copyright Act, section 420 of IPC and sections 103 and 104 of the Trademark two fraudsters who posed as High Court Judge and DSP crime branch were arrested by crime branch; accused duped victim to the tune of Rs 15 lakh.
The accused identified as Meena Bhatnagar and Devendra Bhatnagar were nabbed after victim Rampal Singh Lodhi was duped to the tune of Rs 15 in the name of marriage and facilitating job for his brother.The accused are husband and wife, they used photograph of a famous model and actor to lure the victim, became friend and later proposed to marry.
The victim provided jewlery worth Rs 6 lakh and Rs 4 lakh cash for his marriage while Rs 5 lakh for job of his brother in Jabalpur High court.
Meena used to pose at High Court judge while Devendra would pose as DSP crime branch posted in Nasik.
