Police Headquarters has given the green signal for the efforts to enhance the performance of police personnel posted at different police stations. Besides, it has been directed that the parade of police personnel at district police line should be conducted every month.
Madhya Pradesh DGP Rishi Kumar Shukla has given the consent to implement this formula in the State to appreciate those police personnel performing better. The State police have decided, with the help of private companies that the employees should do the result oriented work for the department.
On the other hand those police officers who are not sincere and not interested in bringing positive results would be called for explanation. To check the fitness of the police personnel, Gwalior SP Harinarayan Chari Mishra has stressed on Yoga and through hospitals, health check up camp will be organised for the employees for their medical fitness.
Gwalior SP Mishra wants to give recognition to the officers who are working efficiently and performing, their photograph will be displayed on the board. This will help everywhere to encourage the police personnel performing better and they will solve the cases frequently. Also those who are doing night duties in the police station they will be rewarded for their efficient work.
To make the working more efficient in police department, different days have been fixed for the services for Arms license, Passport, verification work, Character Certificate reports and others within five days and it is compulsory. If it is not done within due time, then the Gwalior SP can take action against the in-charge of police station concerned and the duty in-charge. For other normal works, the case should be solved through challan within seven days so that the pending cases could be solved and its numbers will get reduced.
