The TT Nagar police have booked half a dozen unidentified miscreants who stone pelted a 32-year-old near his house at Patrakaar Colony on Tuesday; victim was attacked over old enmity.
Police said that the victim Satish Gurjar was showered with stones when he reached his house.The victim was taken to hospital where he was discharged after treatment.
According to TT Nagar police, the victim returned to his house in the evening. The incident took place in the evening while he was on his way back to home in his car around half a dozen miscreants started stone pelted at his car and when he tried to escape and reach home he was stone pelted by the miscreants.
A complaint was lodged by the victim with the TT Nagar police and based on the complaint the police have registered a case of rioting and vandalism against unidentified miscreant and started the further investigation.
The victim stated that for the past few days Morena based Unmed Singh and his son Lala Singh were threatening him over phone.
Police have booked the accused and started to search them. The absconding accused were missing and yet to be arrested.
Meanwhile four persons were injured after two groups clashed near Nadra bus stand under Hanumanjganj police station area on Tuesday; one of the group tried to extort Rs 5000 which was opposed and lead to attack.
Panic prevailed late in the area after Sahil attacked Saurabh and his aides near Bhopal Travels who came to extort Rs 5000 carrying country made pistol.
According to the police, Tikku Bhawani along with Saurabh Khateek, Akash Gaur and Atul came with country made pistol and demanded Rs 5000 from Sahil who in return attacked with sharp edged weapon. Police have booked for extortion, Arms Act and attacking with sharp edged weapons.
