Mangalwara police have booked five persons including two transgenders for captivating and unnatural sex with a 32-year-old eunuch for three days in Ratibad area;
Police said that the complainant Kajal alias Bambaiya was kidnapped on August 7 and sexually assaulted for three days by transgenders Devendra and Abrar.
The victim stated that on August at around 7 pm she had gone to meet Suraiya and Shilpi in Mangalwara where she was kidnapped by five persons including male transgenders Devendra and Abrar near Bharat Talkies bridge in a car and was taken to Ratibad where she was sexually assaulted and held captive for three days at transgender Reshma’s house where she was forced to have unnatural sex for over three days.
On August 11, she managed to escape when she was taken to lBS hospital in the same car used for kidnapping her. The accused went to the hospital to visit ailing patient. She reached Bajaria police cases of zero FIR was lodged and case was transferred to Mangalwara police station where after the preliminary investigation a case was registered.
The SHO of Mangalwara police Umesh Singh Chouhan said that the case has been registered and search for the accused has been started. The details of the accused have to be investigated.
Police said that the dispute between groups over claiming areas is possible reason behind the act and earlier fights have been reported between different group members.
Police have registered a case under sections 377, 366, 323, 324 and 34 of the IPC was against Reshma, Sunny Kajal, Devendra, Abrar and Shabab. The search for the accused has been intensified.
