Police remand of General Manager of Aurbindo Medical College has been extended till November 30. The remand was extended after General Manager of Aurbindo Medical College was produced before court on Thursday by Madhya Pradesh Special Task Force.
The court accepted the extension of remand in the PMT examination scam which is investigated by the STF. On Thursday former controller of Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination (MPPEB) Board Pankaj Trivedi, , computer analyst CK Mishra, system analyst of MPPEB Nitin Mahendra, Ajay Sen, Dr. Jagdish Sagar, Dr. Sanjeev Shilpkar, Sudheer Rai, Santosh Gupta, Vikas Singh were produced before the district court and were sent under judicial custody in Indore jail.
Earlier on Wednesday during investigation CMD of Arbindo Medical College Dr. Vinod Bhandari was issued notice to visit STF office but instead of Dr. Vinod his son Dr. Mohit Bhandari visited the STF office and provided information of his father’s illness during his visit to a foreign country for business purpose and would be able to visit STF office only after his return to the country.
Meanwhile, in the State open board scam accused Vinod Sharma has been sent to Bhopal jail after the police remand ended on Wednesday. Earlier he was produced before the court and was sent under police custody of one day. On Thursday after the completion of the remand he was again produced in the court and was sent under judicial custody. He was sent to Bhopal jail on Thursday.
