Medical Education Minister Anoop Mishra has said that counselling for PMT will be held on July 21 as scheduled by receiving results and merit list of PMT Test 2013 from Professional Exam Board.
Mishra informed that as per schedule directed by Supreme Court, counselling will be completed within deadline of September 30, 2013. Besides, academic session in medical colleges will also be started from August 12.
The Medical Education Minister informed that before admission on the basis of counselling, an undertaking will be sought from all selected candidates. It will be mentioned in the undertaking by students, if their result of PMT Test 2013 is coming under for police investigation or merit list is revised on the basis of police investigation, concerning student’s admission will be automatically revoked. He said that a note will be written on allotments letters issued to all students that this admission is provisional. Besides, department’s decisions regarding PMT test 2013 on the basis of admission enquiry will be final.
Mishra informed that it was decided earlier to hold counselling for admission to medical colleges on July 21 on the basis of merit list of PMT Test 2013 conducted by Professional Exam Board. Medical education department had provided time-table for exam to MP online accordingly.
