The story of today's India and its so called developments was shown in the Hindi play 'Samajh Gaya Saab'. The play was staged at Shaheed Bhavan auditorium here on Friday.

The satarical play was a mirror to present society and the development of the country. Adapted from a novel named 'Dhaak Ke Teen Paat' written by Maloy Jain, the play was directed by playwright Dinkar.

It was performed by the artists of Abhimaan Theatre Troupe leaving all the audience mesmerised.

Samajh Gaya Saab was stahed for the second time and it recieved an overwhelming response by the audience. The theatre lovers of the city were enthralled to watch an impactful performance. The story of the play raised questions and also left a dpace for audience to think.

In the story it was shown that the government has left no stone unturned in efforts to bring the country in the 21st Century, but at the level of implementation we have seen all three aspects of Dhaka. Googlegaon is one of the main cities of India, but the situation is more or less the same everywhere.

If there are old traditions in this work of satire, then there are rampant lanes of the legendary modernities in them, there are rustic lanes, so there are teachers like Dhamati Hospital, Vaidya Jee, General Zolachapatra doctor and Parashar, contractor and local residents of Lakkasinh type.

At the same time, there is a strong and duty loving officer like the Commissioner Sahib, who believes that if every person in the country starts doing his work honestly, the flower of development is not too late to blossom.

The play was beautifully performed by the artists.
