The play is written by a noted theatre script writer Raffi Shabbir and is directed by a renowned name in the theatres Farrukh Sher Khan.
The artists of ‘Adakar theatre group’ Bhopal spread the charm of their performance among the theatre lovers of the city and grabbed much applause for it.
A light hearted humorous play tells the story of ‘Khala’ (as everyone calls her by this name).
She has dedicated her life for helping others and this is her life's main objective.
Her character is one that rejects all barriers of caste and religion and lives in the spirit of Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb that Bhopal was once known for.
Notably, Swastika Chakraborty has given real meaning to the khala’s character. She has always managed to entertain the theatre-goers in khala’s attire. She has made them laugh and cry at the same time.
The two-hour long play always made audience experience gripping situations at the theatre hall.
The play as a whole is an entertainment package of narrating the Bhopal’s old tehzeeb wrapped up in proper humour.
