On the first day of 15th Bhopal Rang Mahotsav, play 'Haseena Maan Jayegi?' was staged at Shaheed Bhavan on Wednesday.
The play is written and directed by Sanjay Mehta. The play was performed by the artists of Rang Sheersh Theatre Troupe.
The play begins with Baban Khan, a stingy and selfish man. He takes care of a girl named Roshni and tries to get married to Roshni. On the other side Nawab Alampur is also crazy behind Roshni and he also wants to marry Roshni.
Slowly, Roshni also starts falling in love with Nawab. When Baban comes to know about this, he abducts Roshni. Despite a lot of trials Roshni was unable to get free from his abduction. Nawab with the help of Fakhru helps Roshni and frees her.
At the end Nawab managed to marry her.
The play was performed brilliantly by the artists on stage, leaving the audience mesmerised.
