To lay a solid foundation and to develop the newly joined employees into highly effective Supervisors who will be capable of channelizing their own and others' resources for achieving company's Vision, Mission & Values, Human Resource Department (HRD), BHEL-Bhopal organizes Plant Familiarization Training under NIPUN Module for all newly joined supervisors of PSNR, Corporate Office, New Delhi, PSER-Kolkata, HEEP-Haridwar and TP-Jhansi Unit (16 numbers) along with HEP-Bhopal employee (10 Numbers) who joined Bhopal after getting transferred from other Units, Regions or Sites.
Head of Department (HRD), Smt. Swagata S Saxena (Sr DGM) emphasised on real learning i.e. interpersonal relationship and belongingness to the organization together help to understand BHEL work culture and become a highly knowledgeable and valued member of the team. She also highlighted a week long schedule for the factory visit and familiarization with various products and their manufacturing.
The coordinator of this training programme is Arvind Tiwary (Dy Manager). Team HRD comprising Molly Bibleen Xaxa (Manager), Mohd Atiq Khan, PK Suryawanshi, Mahendra Kr Yadav, CK Sharma, Harichand and Prabhakar along with Team FCX, TSX and Canteen assured other arrangements to facilitate this training programme.
