The Mount everest factory is located in outskirts of Indore district at the secluded spot and is directly connected to various highways passing through Indore district.

Sources say that Several trucks of beer without permit daily move out of these factory without excise duty permit thus giving a major loss of  revenue to the government and the Indore Division excise flying squad don't take any action. D C Excise Indore diivision flying squad Mukesh Nema told The Pioneer that it is not possible that beer trucks are passing out from Mount everest beer factory without permit though it is possible that the Mounts 6000 beer confiscated by pithampur police must be sent by some liquor shop contractor however we will investigate the matter.

According to sources the excise duty per Mount 6000 beer is rs 1040 per box hence the government excise duty stolen in this case is around Rs 175000.
