The Election Commission has provided a facility to village and ward level voters’ awareness groups to upload photos, videos, audios showing any offer of enticements to voters to vote for any particular candidate or party directly on the CEO’s website. For this, special software has been developed.
The commission has informed that the concerned application can be downloaded and unzipped by clicking URl http://164.100.34.138/candaffidavit/mcc.zip.
Method for using the Android application has been shown in Android application user folder. The application folder contains .Net website which will have to be hosted on IIS. Only one change will have to be made in Web.config file for its proper use.
Database folder contains dummy data. New database “State_MCC” will have to be prepared and then “Model_cc.sql” script can be opened and run. Start page “login.aspx” will be made by opening ISS.
On pressing login button, user of the application can see all complaints registered on the software. He can register new complaint by clicking the button “Enter New Complaint”. After hosting the application, its URl will have to be provided so that the commission can provide Android application after linking application with Android.
