In view of constant reforms in exams of Profession Exam Board, quality monitors will be appointed. Divisional Commissioners or collectors will decided about the exam centres needing special monitoring in districts. Quality monitors will check all supervisory works related to exam centres including students’ test admit cards and documents. Quality monitors will also have powers to examine filling up of details and information by students in exam hall. They will also have powers to investigate any other important issue for systematic and foolproof conduct of exam. Government officers and employees having knowledge about arrangements and procedures pertaining to exams will be appointed as quality monitors. These include assistant professors, professors and principals of colleges and principals or senior lecturers of Government schools.
