The Congress party workers are facing problems with the appointment of Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Kamal Nath.

The party workers are unable to meet him, as nobody is allowed to reach third floor, where the office of Nath is situated. Whenever, Nath is in Bhopal he convenes a number of meetings and hardly available in his office. If somebody musters courage to reach the third floor, the security personnel outside his office donot allow anybody to enter the office.

Besides, Kamal Nath is also maintaining distance with the media. Somehow, he appeared before media after his appointment, under the banner of Central press Club. There too, he looked uneasy and told that at least for some time the media persons would not force him to talk to them.

Factually, at the time of his appointment, the high command was well aware that Nath maintains distance with party workers and the media. So far, he has been managing only his constituency- Chhindwara and now he is trying to evolve his management in the whole Madhya Pradesh. While talking to media persons, he has already stated that he was going to implement the Chhindwara formula in the whole Madhya Pradesh.

The party workers are so feared with the new PCC Chief that they are unable to speak out even a work against party leadership. A former functionary of the PCC who has not received any post in the new body and different panels also refused to talk anything regarding the issue, saying that he would remain dedicated to the party and the only objective is to uproot the BJP government.
