Fearing a ruckus in the party office, the leaders locked the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) office and left the place on Friday morning.
Since a number of local leaders had been visiting the office in the past two days and shouting slogans against the leadership for not providing party ticket, the leaders took this decision on Friday. NSUI State president Vipin Wankhede and Minority Cell coordinator Mohd Saleem, who are learnt to have resigned from their offices, reached the office in the afternoon and found the office locked.
