The ‘Paratha and Kebab Promotion’ food fest is being organised for the foodies of the city. The foodies will be getting an opportunity to taste a variety of newly introduced kebabs and parathas.
The fest will be from Friday to Sunday at Jehan Numa Retreat Club and Spa to mark the re-opening of ‘Under the Jamun Tree’ after the monsoon.
Talking about the fest, Chef Siddhartha Birendra told the media persons that this would be a restyling of eating habits of the city foodies.
“Our chefs will prepare some mouthwatering delicacies. It would comprise of pre-plated kebabs and parathas like Aloo Nazakat, Royal Hara Bhara Kebab, Shabnam Purlutf, Murg Hazarvi Tikka, Kadak Seek Kebab, Maas ke Soolay, Paneer Do Pyaza Paratha, Papad Pyaz Adraki Paratha, Paneer Tikka Pocket Paratha, Gosht Do Pyaza Paratha, Cheesy Chicken Tikka Paratha, Murg Malai Tikka Pocket Paratha, and to finish off with some sweetness in your palatte we have on offer Kesariya Khajoor ka Paratha, Gulab aur Rabri Paratha,” he said while discussing about the menu.
To increase appetite a little more, one can start off with Ghana Chatpata for vegetarians and Chicken Tikke ki Chaat for non vegetarian lovers. “Under The Jamun Tree promises an unforgettable dining experience and will also take its guests on a natural and serene cuisine tour,” he added.
