The Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee has announced the revised fees for BEd, BPEd, MEd and MPEd for the next three years. The increase is around Rs 11,000 for BEd and Rs 20,000 for MPEd.
The fee committee has fixed the fees for BEd from Rs25,000 to Rs35,000, fees for BPEd has been fixed for Rs25,000 to Rs36,000 and fees for MPEd has been fixed for Rs35,000 to Rs40,000. The committee has fixed fees for 59 BEd colleges of the city. Out of the 59 colleges fees for six colleges has been set at the highest of Rs36,000, fees of 17 colleges has been set at Rs35,000, fees of 26 colleges has been fixed at Rs32,000 and fees of seven colleges has been fixed at Rs25,000.
As for fees for MEd colleges, around Rs50,000 has been fixed for five colleges, Rs45,000 for five colleges and Rs30,000 for 14 colleges.The allotment for 49,000 seats in 503 BEd colleges began on Wednesday. The allotment would be on merit basis. Rajiv Gandhi College, Mittal Institute of Education, Manosarovar College, Bonnefoi BEd College, Bhabha College and Victoria College of the city would be having a fee structure of Rs36,000 for BEd course.
IES College, VNS College, Swami Vivekanad Education Society, Takshila University, Sant Hirdaram Girls College, Sardar Ajit Singh Memorial College, Bhavan Bharti College of Education, Shree Institute of Teachers Education, Shree Radhakrishnan College of Education, Anand Institute of Management, Anand Vihar Girls College, Ayushmati College, Kamla Nehru University, Madan Maharaj College, Millennium College of Education, PGBM College, Raghukul College of Education of city would be having a fee structure of Rs35,000 for BEd course.
Fees for MPEd would be Rs45,000 in VNS College of Physical Education and Management Studies and Rs40,000 would be the fees in Indra Priyadarshini College and Rajeev Gandhi colleges.
BPEd fees would be Rs36,000 for Victoria College of Education, Rs35,000 for RD Memorial College of Physical Education, VNS College of Education and Management Studies and Rs32,000 for Maharishi University, Indra Priyadarshini College and Rajeev Gandhi College.
