State Government has sanctioned 39 works under Water Resources Department. Rs 206 crore 51 lakh 96 thousand will be spent on these works.
Rs 67 lakh 86 thousand has been sanctioned for special repair works of Hardua Mudar reservoir in Damoh district, Rs 27 lakh 53 thousand for special repair works of Keolari reservoir, Rs 97 lakh 21 thousand for construction of Mudri weir, Rs 2 core 86 lakh 84 thousand for Suradehi weir, Rs 25 lakh 8 thousand for improvement, repair and renovation of Barpatti reservoir’s dam, Rs 1crore 46 lakh 45 thousand for remaining works in R.R. of Richhai reservoir, Rs 26 lakh 89 thousand for remaining construction works of Kanaura reservoirs’ left bank canal, Rs 23 lakh 43 thousand for pitching, chipping, tow-well, turfing and remaining works canal structures of Katangi reservoir and Rs 1crore 53 lakh has been sanctioned for remaining construction works of Suhela Khagar weir-cum-causeway. In Jabalpur district, Rs 1crore 98 lakh 81 thousand has been sanctioned for main works of Barnoo reservoir, R.D. of main canal, Rithauri Minor, Rs 1 crore 67 lakh 41 thousand for R.D. of Kuankheri distributary and Rithauri distributary and Simariya Minor’s R.D. lining, Rs 1crore 55 lakh 69 thousand for R.D. of Barnoo reservoir’s Mehgaon distributary, Barkheri Minor and Ranital Minor, Rs 1crore 86 lakh 27 thousand main works and canal works and R.D. of Jheeti Minor and Rs 1crore 25 lakh 11 thousand has been sanctioned for R.D. of Khamariya distributary and lining of Nunja and Madobar Minors.
In Datia district, Rs 6 crore 19 lakh 66 thousand for remaining works of Kasna nullah dam and canal, Rs 3 crore 72 lakh for Shyam Pahadi irrigation project of Rajghat Canal Project and Rs 2 crore 66 lakh 10 thousand has been sanctioned for Khairi laraiyata Makoni minor irrigation project of Rajghat Canal Project. In Dewas district, Rs 25 lakh 41 thousand has been sanctioned for various construction works at village Kusmaniya under R.R. plan of Datooni medium irrigation project and Rs 77 lakh 28 thousand for Murram road, drainage and wire fencing.
In Sagar district, Rs 2 crore 58 lakh 4 thousand has been sanctioned for various construction works like rock-T, filter blanket, pitching, turfing, sluice etc of Bilhari reservoir in Kesli development block and Rs 40 crore 49 lakh 35 thousand for complete canal works of Sonpur medium irrigation project including clay and pucca works and construction of lining weir surge tank etc.
In Sehore district, Rs 73 lakh 10 thousand has been sanctioned for repair and civil maintenance of 107 barrages in Ashta, Ichhawar, Doraha and Budhni, Rs 97 lakh 33 thousand for renovation and canal repair works of Aroliya project and Rs 13 crore 11 lakh 54 thousand for R.D. of Kharsania sub-canal of Kolar project in Nasrullaganj and R.D. of metal, lining structure and underground pipline fo Halyakheri Minor.
In Gwalior district, Rs 22 lakh 13 thousand has been sanctioned for construction of cross and head regulator on R.D. of Sindhi Ramoua canal project and Rs 1crore 4 lakh 22 thousand for remaining works of 2 R.D. Minors of Biloua distributary of Sindhi Ramoua canal project.
In Raisen district, Rs 5 crore 18 lakh 10 thousand has been sanctioned for strengthening of Barna right canal’s distributary, increasing height of canal walls, C.C. lining and repairing structures, Rs 33 crore 7 lakh 15 thousand for C.C. lining of Barna main right canal and distributary, C.C. lining and repairing structure, Rs 2 crore 80 lakh 53 thousand for strengthening of Dhanashri and sub-minor of Barna main left canal, increasing height of banks, C.C. lining and repairing structure and Rs 14 crore 31 lakh 36 thousand has been sanctioned for earthen and pucca works and C.C. lining of Nangpura Nagjhiri reservoir project’s canal system.
