Shahpura police have arrested a rape accused who served jail for sexually assaulting a 23-year-old girl and again did heinous act with the victim by threatening her after been released on bail. The accused was arrested after victim lodged complaint with the police.
Police said that the accused Vikas Kushwaha sexually assaulted the victim by threatening her after she refused to allow her advances.
The victim used to alone after arriving in Bhopal from Khandwa and she used to work as labourer. During her stay, she came into contact with accused who lured her of marriage and sexually exploited and later when victim asked for marriage he refused after which victim lodged complaint with the police. Based on the complaint case was registered and accused was jailed for sexually assaulting the victim.
The accused was released few days ago from jail and he again started to harass and demand of sexual favours from the victim and raped her threatening her. The accused continued to harass her and frustrated victim lodged complaint with the police.
After committing the heinous crime the accused assures that he would marry her and later continued to sexually exploit her. Police have registered a case under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC and have started further investigation.
Meanwhile Nishatpura police have booked a Gwalior based miscreant who raped a 25-year-old girl at Karond and later escaped leaving her.
Narendra Pandey the accused became friend with the victim and luring her of marriage he put vermilion in her forehead as a mark of marriage and sexually assaulted her and later lived with the victim. The two moved to Indore and later stayed at Karond.
The victim found that accused is married and had two children from first marriage and demanded to marry at court but he refused and escaped. Police have started investigation.
