Online tracking system to curb female foeticide will be implemented in the State from end of August. Responsibility of getting Form ‘F’ filled up has been entrusted to MP Online. Now, sonography cannot be conducted if the form is incomplete. This was informed by Director and State Competent Authority PC and PNDT Act Dr Navneet Mohan Kothari while chairing a meeting of state advisory committee on Act (PC & PNDT) here on Wednesday.
It was decided at the meeting to link Aadhar Card numbers of registered doctors for sonography to tracking device. As a result, no other technician than the registered doctor can undertake sonography. filled up
Through online registration, database of all sonologists in the state will also be prepared. As a result, sonologists working at various centres can be monitored constantly. In case of violation, action can be taken against concerning sonologist.
All competent authorities have been asked to maintain record in districts in Form ‘F’. For maintaining record in Form ‘F’, online process of Form ‘F’ is being undertaken. Tracker devices (active tracker/silent observers) are being installed on ultrasonography machines in all districts.
