If there is any programme of protest, demonstration, march-past etc, then the permission should be taken online. The applicant will get the permission copy of the desired area and should collect it from SDM office. Gwalior is the first district where protest, demonstration, rally, march-past permission will be granted through online procedure. For this facility District administration has developed the software, which will be inaugurated by Gwalior Collector Sanjay Goyal at New Collectorate office room no; 310.
At public places, if without permission any tent is erected, then it will be treated as an encroachment and the person concerned will face the action from district administration. Now, the Gwalior city people would have to take the permission online.
Earlier, this type of permission was taken from SDM office by the applicant by visiting the office personally. Now, with the help of software, all types of permission will be provided online and for this Gwalior Collector Goyal has deployed more than half a dozen SDMs.
