Many such cases also come to notice in which due to going to the formal legal system, the original dispute became more complicated and bitter and the possibility of its resolution was lost. This online dispute resolution platform will be completely confidential and secure. Its process will be fair.Director General of Police Vivek Johri thanked the Chief Justice Justice Prakash Srivastava, Executive Chairman, State Legal Authority and Giribala Singh, Secretary, State Legal Services Authority for the creation of this platform.
