A global level online competition is being organised by the students of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) that began here from Tuesday.

The students organised the online Hindi writing competition ‘Niharika- Kalam se Sihayi Tak’ under the Hindi literary Fest ‘Tooryanaad 2017’. The writing contest is held in Hindi language for those who love to write. Interestingly, the entire contest will be held on the facebook page of Tooryanaad. Anyone who is interested to participate can be a part of the contest.

Under the contest a title or picture was posted under this competition at Tooryanaad’s facebook page between 5 pm to 7 pm. To participate the participants will have to comment on the given subject in just 100 words, informed one of the Tooryanaad volunteer Sudhanshu Joshi.

He further informed that the participants are completely independent of composition in prose, prose or Hindi literature. Further, the participants should keep in mind that the compositions should be original and limited, otherwise their participation will be canceled. Besides, participants can only comment on their titles until their next post arrives. The new post will expire for the previous post.

While informing about the judgement process, Sudhanshu said that the 50% of the evaluation of compositions will be done on the basis of likes and comments the composition will receive. Further 50% of the evaluation will be done by judges of Tooryanaad. The assessment will done on the basis of creativity, accuracy, writing, language style and themes.

The three participants, who earn maximum points, will be declared winners and will be rewarded by the Official language Implementation Committee. The results will be announced on September 14 marking the Hindi Diwas.
