MP State cyber cell arrested a 23-year-old miscreant involved in posting obscene photographs by creating a fake Facebook profile of a girl; earlier the main accused was nabbed by the police but the posting of obscene photographs continued and later the miscreant was nabbed.
The nabbed miscreant was identified as Arpit Singh Rathod is a resident of Datia. He was living with his brother and sister-in-law in Indore. He confessed that his friend who is also the main accused Aditya Babele had given photographs of the victim and by creating the fake profile he continued to post obscene photographs.
Arpit has completed his engineering from TRUBA College and was acquainted with the victim.
Notably teacher of a private school for posting obscene photographs by creating a fake Facebook profile of a girl athlete in Datia was nabbed earlier, miscreant posted photographs after victim rejected his love proposal in Datia.
Victim in her complaint stated that a fake profile in the name of Sharma Sachin was created and based on the complaint Aditya was nabbed but even after the accused was nabbed still the obscene photographs continued to be posted which was investigated and in the investigation it was found that Arpit was operating the fake profile.
Police said that the victim has also claimed that the photographs posted were never clicked with her consent and she was not aware when the photographs were taken. The police registered a case under section 66 A of the IT Act and have started further investigation.
