A 55-year-old man, who had met with an accident while on his way to Bairagarh on July 20 at Airport road, died on Sunday while undergoing treatment. Koh-e-Fiza police
has started investigation.
The deceased was accompanied by his relative who was riding while deceased was pillion rider on bike which skid near Airport road and the two got injured.
Police said that the deceased identified as Ram Singh Yadav was a resident of Itarsi and came for buying goods and was staying at his relative’s house in Nayapura Lalghati.
The motorbike skid and the two fell on ground in which Ram sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a hospital where after six days of treatment he succumbed to the injuries while undergoing treatment on Sunday.
The police were informed and on the receipt a police team reached the spot and started investigation. The body was sent for the post mortem. After the preliminary investigation police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation.
Meanwhile, a 28-year-old man committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at Bapu Nagar under Kamla Nagar police station area on Sunday.
Police said that the deceased identified as Ajay Yadav was found hanging and was rushed to nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
During the investigation, family members failed to provide any reason told the police. Body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered in the investigation.
Police have started investigation into the reason of the death of the deceased.
