A 20-year-old youth died while two escaped with severe injuries after their bike was hit by another bike at Rohit Nagar in the afternoon of Saturday. Three injured youth were rushed to hospital where one of them died during treatment while two others escaped with injuries.
The deceased was identified as Ajit Bohra while the injured were identified as Vivek and Rahul. Police said that the deceased used to work in a private firm and used to live at EWS Shahpura.
The other bike which hit the bike of the deceased escaped the spot and is still absconding. To reveal the identity of the errant rider, CCTV footages would be investigated. After the preliminary investigation, body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 304 A of the IPC was registered and search for the errant bike rider has been started.
Meanwhile, a 21-year old youth died while pillion rider sustained severe injuries after their bike was hit by a speeding truck at Basai village under Berasia police station area in the night on Saturday.
According to the police, two youths were injured after a speeding truck hit their motorbike they were riding and were rushed to a nearby hospital where one of the youth was declared dead while other youth escaped with injuries.
The deceased was identified as Manoj Kushwaha while his friend was identified as Bhupendra Ahirwar.
