Shahjehanabad police have booked a miscreant for selling 10,000 sq ft of plot at Gondarmau to three different parties by obtaining fake NOC; accused sold the plot to victim and later after procuring NOC sold the plot to three different people.
The victim Amar logani bought plot from the accused Iqbal Khan but later found that the same land was sold to two other persons also by obtaining fake NOC. In the year 2010 BDA developed Goudarmau residential plots scheme and the accused bought plot in the scheme which he sold to the victim Amar logani.
From September 2010 to April 2014 the plot was sold to three different persons and when Amar found the fraud he lodged a complaint with Shahjehanabad police.
In his complaint the victim stated that he bought 10,000 sq ft of plot from the accused and later when he went to check the details he found that the plot was sold to two others also. The accused has also provided wrong information to BDA for obtaining the NOC.
The victim had also completed the process of transfer of owner in his name but the accused produced forged documents.
The police have registered a case under IPC Sections 420,468,467 and 471 and have started further investigation. The accused has not been arrested and would be questioned in the further investigation.
