When Home and Jail Minister Babulal Gaur found CPA officers absent during road construction inspections in Saket Nagar and Bag Mugaliya, he warned them from the spot over mobile phone “If you don’t work, you will be suspended”.
Gaur visited Saket Nagar 9 A, B, Amrai Basti, Arvind Vihar, Om Nagar Basti, Surendra Vihar and Bag Sewania’s Mandi area here on Thursday.
When people drew attention of Gaur towards incomplete roads in Arvind Vihar and Om Nagar, he summoned CPA officers to know the reality.
The CPA officers who accompanied Gaur during initial period of the visit, went missing at this time.
Expressing unhappiness over this, Gaur talked to the CPA officers over mobile phone, asked them to reach the spot immediately and explain as to why the road is not being constructed. He warned the officers of suspension if they fail to do work.
Gaur directed to start construction of the road from Bag Sewania Sabzi Mandi to Arvind Vihar immediately.
He said that the road should be constructed with divider to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
