A four days Functional Training Programme on ‘Erection, Commissioning, Design, Maintenance and testing of Power Transformer’ designed for M/s NTPC Engineers began on Tuesday at Human Resource Development Centre BHEl, Bhopal. On this occasion DK Thakur, General Manager (TCB) was present as the Chief Guest. Thakur in his address said that NTPC and BHEl have enduring relationship. He further stressed upon the efforts made by NTPC in Country’s Electricity production and the field of low carbon emission which other organisation started later. He assured NTPC Engineers that BHEl is available through all way of communication to address NTPC’s issues. Manoj Barsaiyan, DGM, PMI (NTPC) shared his expectation on behalf of NTPC and appreciated previously organized training. He asked to get a live transformer testing for participants to which GM (TCB) agreed.
