Shahid's brother Shahrukh told that late on Friday night Shahid complained of stomach ache. After getting an X-ray done, it was found that there was a bullet stuck in his body. Even after several tests, no bullet was found in his body at Hamidia Hospital. From there he was shifted to Chirayu Hospital. Then it was revealed that there was a bullet in the body.
Sameer Nawab, accused of attack on Shahid, was earlier a henchman of Salman alias GI. At present he is with the Pappu Chatka gang. Salman is accused of threatening Sohail's brother.
Sohail said in the complaint, 'I work in JP Nagar Lach Machine. Brother Sameer Ahmed works in private. He is acquainted with Salman GI, resident of Karond and Raja, resident of Ashoka Garden. All three gel together and partners in every work.

Raja alias Bhura has recently been released from jail. He has also been accused of creating ruckus and firing outside Salman's house. Sohail said that during this time Salman, Raja and his associates also fired two rounds outside his house. We have handed over the empty shells to the police. The miscreants had created a ruckus outside his house.
ACP Hanumanganj Rakesh Singh Baghel said that on Sohail's complaint, a case has been registered under sections including using abusive words, threatening on phone, threatening to kill, etc. Two spent rounds were found outside Sohail's house. The FSL team is investigating it. As soon as information about the incident was received, all the officers reached the spot, neighbors confirmed the dispute. No one has confirmed the firing.
The criminal Haseen Qureshi alias Pappu Chatka is absconding in the case of fatal attack on Shahid. He is out on bail in the murder case.
