Madhya Pradesh BJP Election Management Committee Chairman Anil Madhav Dave on Tuesday claimed that there was nothing wrong in using the photograph of Army Chief in the advertisement, because it had already appeared in all the newspapers.
While talking to media persons, Dave stated that his party would reply to the Election Commission, if asked in this regard. While talking about the issue, Dave ridiculed the attitude of the Congress that filed a complaint in this regard with the President of India. He said that an FIR regarding a crime is registered with the police, not at a grocery shop.
Similarly, a complaint regarding any advertisement should be filed with the ECI, not with the President of India, he added.
