Noor-Us-Sabah Palace WelcomHeritage Hotel will serve Chinese food at its new Chinese Restaurant ‘Ming Dynasty’ from Saturday onwards.
The new restaurant ‘Ming Dynasty’ is now ready for the dining pleasure of the foodies of the city. While talking to media persons here on Friday, Executive Chef Gopi Krishna said, “We are eager to treat you and your family to a unique and great dining experience with our special Oriental Menu and Service.”
He further said that ‘Ming Dynasty’ will be inaugurated on Saturday and it would provide the foodies of city the best cuisine which the people are enjoying for the years at The Oriental Restaurant. At Ming Dynasty, one can explore diverse culinary traditions ie from the hearty fare of Sichuan to the fiery taste of Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Burma and the delicate flavours of China.
The varieties of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food will be served at the restaurant. Some of the dishes include Sizzling Lobster, Mud Crab, Squid stir fry, Whole Pomfret, Burnt .garlic fish, Honey Chili lotus stem, Crispy Water chestnut With Plum Sauce, Paneer Sapo, Sayur Curry, Shanghai Chao Fan and more.
It is to be noted that Chef Gopi Krishna is a proficient, skilled and seasoned culinary professional enriched with 20 years of experience. He would be showcasing the culinary talent at Ming Dynasty. He is carrying the fruitful experience in various brand hotels like Radisson, Sayaji, Fortune and Aloft. The restaurant timings will be 12.30 pm to 3 pm (for lunch) and 7.30 pm to 11 pm (for dinner).
