Madhya Pradesh Human Right Commission took cognisance on non-reporting of gangrape of a Ratibad based woman near Dhanwantri Park. A detailed report has been sought from Bhopal DIG as the case was registered quite later. The commission has asked regarding the delay in registering of case and reason behind it.
The details of registering of FIR like date, day and time have been asked by the commission. Among other information commission has asked for details of the medical and when and where it was conducted.
Details of the information of collection of scientific evidence and any other recovery during the investigation was made has been asked in the report.
Meanwhile, a report of gang rape incident with a Palkhedi resident girl in Sehore district under Ichhawar police station area has been demanded by the commission from Sehore SP.
The commission took cognizance on the information which was carried by local dailies regarding wandering of gang rape accused freely in the village and police have failed to nab the accused.
The SHO of Ichhawar has claimed that based on the complaint case was registered after the preliminary investigation and search for the accused has been intensified and they would be arrested as the police are working to nab them.
In another incident commission has taken cognizance on registering name of student in three different schools to collect fee in lateri block in Vidisha district. Commission has sought report from Vidisha Collector regarding the fraud with the school students.
