In a heart-rending incident, a new born girl was found dumped in a plastic bag in Bhopal.
A restaurant owner informed the police about the child. The girl has been taken to the hospital where she has been kept on incubator. The girl weighs 2.5 kg. Her umbilical cord was also intact. Her body had turned blue. She has been administered oxygen. Police are searching for her parents.
