Presentation of Neva - National eVidhan Application was made in presence of Girish Gautam, Speaker of Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha on Monday.
To implement this application in the Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha, a committee of 5 members of the Vidhan Sabha has been formed under the chairmanship of the Speaker.
This committee will soon visit Kerala and Karnataka state under the leadership of the Speaker and study the process of e-Vidhan there. During this visit Principal Secretary of the Legislative Assembly A. P. Singh and officers related to IT will also be present.
It is significant that Neva - National eVidhan Application is a Software solution to automate the end-to-end process of State Assemblies in multi-tenancy mode. In this area, work has been started in Himachal Pradesh, Kerala Pradesh, Nagaland, Uttar Pradesh under e-Vidhan.
Work is going on in the state of Karnataka. Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, has a resolution that there should be "One Nation One Legislation" in the whole of India.
In this phase, on Monday, the Speaker of Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha saw a detailed presentation of the states in which Neva is working, the organization which has worked.
After this, a team of five members of the Legislative Assembly under the leadership of the Speaker will study Karnataka-Kerala.
