Eighteen-year-old Neha Sharma aka Snehlata was on Wednesday afternoon forcibly discharged from the JP Hospital, where she was hospitalised two days ago. Surprisingly, before sending her to Bhind she was tranquilised.

It may be noted that Neha was found by the State's rescue team in Rishikesh, from where she was brought to Bhopal aboard a special flight by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Chouhan had told media persons that the girl had lost her parents in the Uttrakhand's disaster. He also declared to give a permanent government job and compensation to her and got her admitted to JP hospital on Monday. later, her father had turned up at the hospital.

On Wednesday, the girl was brought out of the hospital on a stretcher and sent in an ambulance. The hospital authorities did not even inform her younger sister, Ayushi about shifting Neha to Bhind. Ayushi was told that Neha was being shifted to Hamidia hospital. later, Ayushi and Mahaveer Sharma were separately asked to leave Bhopal. Ayushi has been dispatched in a taxi, while Mahaveer is missing.

Sources said first Neha first protested against being discharged and said she would talk to the Chief Minister. She said she would not leave the hospital and sit on the hospital's entrance but in the afternoon she was forcibly discharged. Surprisingly, the government authorities, including JP hospital Superintendent Veena Sinha declined to speak anything regarding the episode. She claimed that Neha had recovered and that is why she was discharged. It's the State government's concern whether she would be taken to Hamidia hospital or somewhere else, she added.

District Congress Committee president PC Sharma and BMC chairman Kailash Mishra had also met Neha in the hospital on Wednesday morning. Suspecting that the girl would be forcibly discharged, Sharma told media persons that his party would protest and gherao the State legislative assembly, if she was discharged before she recovered.
