Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Cooperatives Vishwas Sarang and District Collector Sudam Khade reached the site, but failed to pacify  the protestors.

The protestors went for Jal Satyagrah after they were ignored by administration regarding their demands. On Tuesday five differently abled youths protested through Jal Satyagarh.

The administration swung into action only after the news of Jal Satyagrah came in the morning.

Protestors refused to end protest on the assurances given by Minister Sarang and district collector Khade.

In the state capital around 100 differently abled persons have been protesting since December 18 with their 23 point demands in which hostel facilities, education and employment were main demands.

According to the protestors Indore bench of High Court has instructed to clear backlog for differently abled persons within six months and the decision came in the year 2013 but it was never implemented by government.

The protestors have warned of hunger strike if the government fails to accede to their demands.

After the talks failed, disaster management team was deployed to maintain a vigil on the situation of the protestors.
