Efforts have been started to prepare seven year plan for these districts by December 31, he added.

He said that to make project for making cent per cent irrigation possible 16 IAS officers would be provided special training in New Delhi. On the one end an ambitious state level program has been made for this project and on the other hand committees are made in the chairmanship of district presidents of BJP that would provide totality to this program, he added.

He said that special attention would be paid that the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes of the select districts for irrigation should get maximum benefit of the scheme.  Due to this the weaker sections would get more produce per hectare that would bring prosperity and happiness in the villages.
