Joint Director of Woman and Child Development department Bhopal Vishal Nadkarni inspected the Anganwadi centre in Baggad village of Dhar district and instructed the Aangnawadi workers to enroll the details of all the covered and uncovered children in Nutrition Tracker App during ongoing nutrition fortnight program.
The physical verification of the two-girl child Riya and Mahi was done on the spot. The thick grains were checked which were available at the nutrition pot of the centre.
J D Vishal Nadkarni also interacted with the Lakhan Singh Patel who has adopted an Aanganwadi centre under the scheme Adopt and Aanganwadi and who has given chairs and tables to anganwadi, the J DVishal Nadkarnialso requested him to start the kitchen garden for the aanganwadi centre and to monitor the nutrition level of the children.
Lakhan Singh Patel assured the J D that shoes, clothes and toys will be soon provided to the children in the adopted aanganwadi centre.
To review the chief minister covid 19 child care scheme J DVishal Nadkarnivisited the two children Sunil and Abhiskek at their home and also the monetary help given by the government was verified besides other help schemes of the government was informed to them.
District program officer DharSubhash Jain was present with J Dduring the inspection. Later a meeting was held of all the project officers of Dhar district and the schemes and programs of women and child department going on in the district was reviewed.
