A 22-year old youth was found dead under suspicious circumstances at Indra Nagar under Shahpura police station area in the morning on Friday.
According to the police a youth was found in an unconscious state near five storey building at Indira Nagar and was rushed to a near hospital where he was declared dead.
The deceased was identified as Manoj Masani who used to live at fifth floor of the building but in the investigation it was not found that the deceased committed suicide or he was pushed from the building. The possibility of accidental fell could not be ruled out as the deceased used to consume liquor heavily.
The deceased used to live at building provided for the displaced slum dwellers. Police claimed that the deceased was a habitual drinker and was unemployed.
After the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC has been registered by the police.
Meanwhile an 18-year-old youth committed suicide at Damkheda under Nishatpura police station area on Thursday.
According to the police Zoheb Khan was found hanging in the evening on Thursday and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
The victim used to work with a private firm. The employees and owner of the firm would be questioned.
The body was sent for the post mortem and case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered and further investigation was started. Police have not found any suicide note and have started to investigate the reason behind the suicide.
