As part of the musical presentation on behalf of Sahitya Akademi, 'Katha Pannadhay Ki' was presented by Bharti Dixit and group, Indore on Friday. Bharti started the musical presentation of this story based on Panna Dhai's Saurya and Validan with the song - Aao Hum Tumko Sunaye Gatha Rajasthan Ki based on all Rajput heroes and heroines of Rajasthan.
The present story is centered on the solar and sacrifice of Panna, the father of Rana Udai Singh, son of Rana Sanga of Chittorgarh. Panna Dhai sacrificed his son sandalwood to protect the heir of the Mewar dynasty and kept Kunwar Udai Singh hidden from enemies for many years and brought him up.
When the time came, the loyal heroine Panna Dhai presented Udai Singh to the Rajput chieftains, he accepted Udai Singh as his king and coronated him.During the course of the plot, Bharti Dixit included the song of the time of worship of Tulja Bhavani - Chalo-Chalo Re Saheliya Chala Ho Aaj Mata Pujane and the song at the time of murder of Panna Dhai's son - Kali Andhiyari Manjal Raat Re.

She did her master's degree in painting and Hindi literature from Devi Shillya University. She performed storytelling in national and international forums.
