The music lovers of the city witnessed the hit tracks of Bollywood's superstar Rajesh Khanna in a musical concert here on Friday. Notably, a musical concert 'Woh Phir Nahi Aatey' was organised at Ravindra Bhawan Auditorium here on Friday as a tribute to Rajesh Khanna. Organised by Samrat Sangeet Sadhna musical band, Bhopal the musical concert was held to mark the second death anniversary of Rajesh Khanna.
The organizer of the concert, Milin Sharma said, "This concert was organised to give a tribute to the superstar of the industry Rajesh Khanna. His songs have remained evergreen tracks of all times so we thought what can be the best way to pay him homage."
The concert began with Shanti pujan for Rajesh Khanna. Further, the concert was followed with the song 'Kahin Dur Jab Din Dhal Jaye'. Moreover, the concert was followed by some other super hit tracks that included songs like 'Akele Hain Chale', 'Zindagi Kaisi Hai Paheli', 'Dushman Na Kare', 'Zindagi Pyar Ka Geet Hai', 'Ek Ajnabee Haseena Se', 'Zubaan Pe Dard Bhari'. The singers performed as many as 18 evergreen tracks of Rajesh Khanna.
Singers Sunil Shukravare, TN Dubey, Sandeepa Pare, Jaideep Srkar, Rajesh Khadka, and Vasudev Sarkar presented solo and duet songs at the concert. Being the wondrous presentation for the old music lovers, the show evoked a good response. With the presentation of more melodious songs like Yeh Shaam Mastani, Deewana leke Aaya, Mere Sapno Ki Rani, Rang Bhare Mausam, Chala Jata Hun, the listeners enjoyed the musical night with a lot of enthusiasm. The audiences were enthralled to watch the show. They enjoyed the programme whole-heartedly and relived the golden era of Rajesh Khanna. On the occasion, Raghvendra Kumar Singh, Managing Director, MP Tourisim, and Suchil Agarwal of Madhya Advertising were present.
