Koh-e-Fiza police have booked a 28-year-old Medical Representative for sexually exploited a 42-year-old married woman for six months on the promise of marriage at Kehkashan Apartment; a case was registered on Tuesday.
According to the police, the 42-year-old woman victim was sexually assaulted and accused by the accused Mohit Moolchandani of Sindhi Colony who assured her of marriage and continued to sexually exploit her.
Based on the complaint police have registered a case under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC.
The victim came into contact with the accused over Instagram in the year 2020 and in the month of July this year she was accompanied by the accused to an apartment where she was raped assuring her of marriage.
The victim is a divorcee and had a 10-year-old girl from the marriage and used to live with her daughter. The victim claimed that she developed relationship with the victim by luring her of marriage and started sexually exploiting her.
Over six months she was sexually exploit and whenever she used to ask for marriage the accused use to escaped with excuses and recently he refused after to marry the victim lodged a complaint with the Koh-e-Fiza police.
Police said that the details of the accused would be searched in the further investigation. During the investigation police would search for the past crime record of the accused as the victim was not aware of correct details of the accused. Police suspects that accused work as MR and has cheated the victim.
