Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation has received two more awards. At India International Travel Mart at Pune on Sunday, 'Most Tourism Friendly Website' Award and 'Eco Tourism Destination of the Year' Award were conferred to the corporation.
It is noteworthy that Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation actively participated in the Mart from November 27 to 29 through its stall 'Chalo Madhya Pradesh'.
Along with major tourist destinations of Madhya Pradesh, the stall also displayed major future activities to be held in the state including Simhastha-2016 at Ujjain. Publicity materials containing interesting information about Madhya Pradesh's tourist destination were also distributed. Tourism Development Corporations of Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Jammu-Kashmir, Andaman-Nicobar, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra and other states participated in the Mart.
