As per the decision of Madhya Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), a registered sale agreement of the plots of applicants in three similar cases in Jabalpur district has been executed. Due to the agreement reached between the applicant and the non-applicant, the property of the builder was also saved from the confiscation. According to RERA's decision, the builder had to give the applicants a value amount on 8 percent annual interest. The authority has also issued R.R.C to the Collector Jabalpur in the related cases.

The non-applicant informed the authority that in all the three cases the agreement has been reached between the applicants by executing the registered sale deed. Now there is no dispute between both the parties. Applicants have also submitted an agreement to the Authority informing it that they have got possession of the plot. The non-applicants ended the proceedings of the cases, in the context of the order of the authority issued by the government and has urged to withdraw the R.R.C. The authority has instructed the Collector, Jabalpur to free the property of the non-applicant from the confiscation and withdraw the original RRC.

It is worth mentioning that applicants from Jabalpur Smt. Munni Devi, Smt. Sangeeta Yadav and Shri Santosh Kumar, had registered a complaint against non-applicant Sampravartak Homes Work India Pvt. Ltd. Jabalpur in RERA for not undertaking the development work and executing the sale deed as per the terms of the contract of plot, booked in “Neemkheda Samriddhi Phase-1” in village Khamariya tehsil, Jabalpur district. Along with this, they had applied for return of the entire amount paid along with interest and compensation.

According to the order passed by the Authority, Smt. Munni Devi was to be paid Rs. 2 lakh 80 thousand, Rs 3 lakh 22 thousand 500 to Sangeeta Yadav and Rs 3.40 lakh to Santosh Kumar Roy by the non-applicant. Also, in all the three cases, an annual interest at the rate of 8 percent of the amount payable to the applicants was also to be paid to the non-applicant. All three cases have been resolved with RERA’s decision.
