The MP Nagar police booked three miscreants for abetting suicide of a 37-year-old man who had committed suicide by hanging with the ceiling at Multitech Private Limited office in MP Nagar Zone 2 on August 28 found that the deceased was harassed by three accused.
According to the police, the deceased Rakesh Kumar Chourasia committed suicide after he was harassed by the accused.Initially after the preliminary investigation the body was sent for the post mortem and a case under section 174 of the CrPC was registered by the police. Later in the investigation, police found that the deceased was harassed by Balram Sahu, Babbu Prajapati and Sandeep Gurjar.Police said that a suicide note was found from the deceased and based on the suicide note investigation a case under section 306 of the IPC against the accuse was registered.
The details of harassment by the accused would be provided by the police, later.
Meanwhile, a 35-year-old man died while another man escaped with injuries after their scooter was hit by a speeding car at Char Imli area late in the night on Tuesday.
Police said that two injured were rushed to hospital where one of them was declared dead. Police said that the accident occurred at Char Imli area at 11.30 pm.
The deceased was identified as Sabir while another man on the bike Babulal is injured severely. The police have registered a case under section 304 A of the IPC and started further investigation.
