A girl in Bhopal has requested PM Narendra Modi seeking help after her father who worked with a Nigerian company died couple of days ago but the distressed family did not receive any help from Nigerian authorities.

Taking to twitter, Deepika Sharma from Bhopal claimed her father Satyendra Sharma worked with Dangote Industries Pvt Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as Deputy General Manager.

Recently he was admitted to Mainland hospital Yaba which is known for curing infection cases on April 16.  He was tested for malaria but also confirmed chest infection.

Deepika said the hospital tested her father for Covid-19 on April 17 claiming that report would be received by April 19. By April 21, the company HR was in touch with the family in Bhopal claiming that Sharma was making recovery.

On Wednesday, the HR contacted the family claiming that Sharma was feeling breathlessness and was put on ventilator and by evening the company informed the family that Sharma was ‘no more’.

By April 23, Covid19 test report was not received by the hospital which did not offer any concrete information on Sharma and the employer company did not offer any satisfactory response, Deepika alleged.

She further said that Nigerian authorities at Lagos were not offering any information on her father.

"I request PM Modi, MEA and Indian embassy in Nigeria to look into the medical negligence in my father’s case,” Deepika requested authorities on twitter.

Please help me in receiving medical reports and cause of death of my father, said the girl saying she is the only child in her family who also is seeking Government help in bringing back the body of the head of the family from Nigeria.
